Tim and I have played together since about 2007, usually with Kate Olson and Gary Prince. After Kate moved to Seattle and Gary moved to Washington DC, Tim and I kept playing together as a duo. Before Tim moved to Palo Alto, we decided to record a CD. Recorded in early 2011, these duo improvisations are an effective summary of our musical activities together over the years. These tracks were recorded at Canterbury House, a focal point for creative improvised musical activity in southeast Michigan.
